If a link will not process, tell us the exact URL you pasted and what you saw. That is almost always enough to reproduce the problem.
Copyright and takedown requests
This service stores no media — files stream directly from TikTok to the person downloading them, and nothing is retained afterwards. If you believe the service is being used to infringe your rights, write to us with the specific post URLs and proof of ownership and we will respond promptly.
Business enquiries
Before you write
- Private, deleted and region-restricted posts cannot be downloaded. This is not a bug we can fix.
- Download links expire after 30 minutes by design. Paste the URL again for a fresh one.
- We never ask for your TikTok password, and we will never email you asking for one.
